I tailored a User-Centered Design process for SAP Fiori when it was first released, and this has been applied to UX Design and prototyping for SAP Fiori Projects. In a nutshell, the goal is to make the software work for the user, instead of the other way around. After understanding user needs, a fit-gap analysis is used to identify which Fiori apps work out of the box, which ones need customization, and which ones need to be custom design.
