I tailored a User-Centered Design process for SalesForce Lightning when it was first released, and this has been applied to UX Design and Prototyping. In a nutshell, the goal is to make the software work for the user, instead of the other way around.

The GE Power Lightning project won the Salesforce Lightning Digital Transformation Award at Dreamforce 2018.
